Feminine Yoga

Make feminine yoga part of your life. A new practice with ancient perspective on yoga and women's health.

Women are cyclical by nature. Honoring this nature in the practice can give balance, fully nourishing the female physiological needs. This practice follows a feminine model of circular, round and earth-connected movements to best reflect the needs that most align with the body, mind and emotions. We move at a lunar rhythm, we shine and grow with the moon and its fluctuations by intertwining our hormonal cycle with hers. 

We dance between vigorous practices like vinyasa and hatha yoga and calming practices like yin and restorative yoga. In every class there are feminine breathing exercises and meditations.

When women get together an atmosphere of fun, strength and freedom is created. By opening new horizons on yoga practice and on how to embody the Feminine, we can come deeply into contact with who we are by living in harmony with ourselves and others.

Meetings aimed at working on the physiology and anatomy of women, I offer you a safe space in which to explore body and mind while taking care of them.

Cyclicity is what moves and regulates the nature around us and our rhythms as living beings. Woman is the embodiment of this cyclicality. We see it in her menstrual cycle, in the possibility of giving life and death, her regenerative capacity.

The many forms of movement and immobility that Yoga gives us can be a powerful tool for finding balance and well-being.

We will do it with respect and care for the cyclical nature of us women.

In fact, every week the type of practice will change following the lunar rhythm so as to honor the medicine that arrives with every lunar quarter.

With the new moon we will find a restorative practice (Restorative Yoga), with the waxing one a gentle and slow-moving practice (Hatha Flow Yoga), with the full moon we will give space to a more active practice (Vinyasa Yoga) and with the waning moon we will explore a practice that works on deep tissues (Yin Yoga).

SOMATIC YOGA OF THE FEMININE

This is an annual program of weekly lessons online or in person.

Within the framework of the practice of Female Yoga, we will explore some Somatic practices that work with the nervous system and the physiology of women so as to immerse ourselves in a journey to discover and rediscover ourselves and our Health Blueprint.

HER FACES | a journey through the seven female archetypes with somatic yoga of the feminine

An annual program of weekly lessons online or in person for those who have been traveling with The Feminine Home for at least nine months.

As human beings and as women, we walk the path of growth and discovery of life and ourselves.

During this journey, one step at a time and one layer at a time, we develop psychologically according to a universally shared plan. As we enter each new stage of development, new needs arise. Each stage is known for the needs that predominate within it, but none of these needs disappear completely when moving to the next stage. Although in changing form, our developmental needs remain with us - dormant perhaps, but often reactivated by life situations and our most significant relationships.

Her Faces uses the container of Yoga to host the somatic practices of the Alchemy of the Feminine, embodying the seven female archetypes and going through the seven phases linked to a stage of evolutionary development: from the youngest to our most mature and evolved self. Each archetype is based on the previous one, and is linked to a specific body part of ours, which helps to awaken our natural Health Blueprint.
